The Stichting purely functions as a conduit operating on zero-cost basis – meaning all administrative and operational costs are fully covered by the Imibala Trust in South Africa.

As such, 100% of the funds received by the Stichting are transferred directly to the Imibala Trust SA, its sole beneficiary.

This ensures maximum impact and transparency for donors.
